Coach K brings the knowledge and experience of 20+ years as a multi-certified fitness professional - specializing in Women’s Fitness, Performance Nutrition, Athletic Enhancement, Weight Management and Post Rehabilitation. His background includes professional baseball as well as fitness modeling for major brands (Nike, Under Armour, Vitamin Shoppe, ESPN, HBO & more). Coach Alicia As a woman of strong faith, a wife, mom of 4 and co-owner of two fitness businesses, Coach Alicia knows how life can be challenging. Making the decision to retire from a successful career in the corporate world and real estate to pursue her passion in fitness, Alicia adds the value of her experience and knowledge in nutrition and fitness. Over the past 15 years, having to manage a demanding schedule, she vowed to maintain a healthy and faithful lifestyle while becoming the best version of herself. What do I get with my monthly subscription?

What is the average timeframe per training program?
The average training program is six weeks in duration. Some programs are 4, 7 and 12 weeks. Although, our system is set for you to transform and train at your own pace, we encourage you to keep the pace by staying on track with each program chosen.
Will I be able to contact the coaches for questions, assistance and/or concerns during my training programs?
Yes. The coaches can be reached through the in-app messaging service. Coaches will answer messages within 24 hours of messages delivered.
How many training programs can I access at one time?
Although, you have full access to all programs with your monthly subscription, there is a two training program max at one time. You have the ability to discontinue or switch a program at any time.
